Like for Like Hire
In the unfortunate event of a road traffic accident, Fosters Lawyers will will organise a replacement vehicle for you immediately. We guarantee that you will be provided a 'like for like' hire vehicle so that you are not inconvenienced whilst your car is being repaired. The replacement vehicles will be delivered to any convenient location such as home address, work address or the repairing garage. Once your vehicle has been repaired, we will arrange for the hire car to be collected.
Fosters Lawyers will then recover the cost of this hire directly from the third party's insurance company along with any other expenses incurred.
